Dealers
Apply to become a DXF dealer
DXF Manufacturing appoints a limited number of machinery dealers in Europe to represent Vector VR2 and V-CUT. Tell us about your company, the machinery you sell, and the region you want to cover. Sending this form does not appoint you as a dealer.
Who can apply
Machinery dealers who can sell and support the machine
Each application is reviewed on its own. These are the points we look at first.
-
Industrial machinery sales
A record of selling and supporting industrial equipment in your market.
-
Installation and commissioning
The ability to install, commission and hand over a CNC router. DXF provides training and technical support for that work.
-
Support after installation
Engineers, spare-parts access, and a way to answer the customer once the machine is in use.
-
A region you will cover
The country and region you want to represent. A written appointment sets the territory.
After appointment
What an appointed dealer does
A dealership starts only when DXF agrees it in writing. Until then, these are the responsibilities an appointment covers.
-
Represent the products accurately
Position Vector VR2 and V-CUT against the customer’s material, sheet size and workload.
-
Install and hand over
Install, commission and hand over the machine so it runs as specified.
-
Support the customer
Provide first-line technical support and keep the relationship with the customer.
-
Stay within the appointment
Use DXF branding only within the permissions in the written agreement.
